Quick, I'm-too-tired-to-be-coherent plug for Ralph Nader: An Unreasonable Man, which nicely captures what is surely the most classically tragic fall from grace in contemporary American life.
Astoundingly, the entire film is available online via Google Video, though with questionable legal providence.
It's just too bad they couldn't include the testimony of the one man with the cojones to speak truth to lack-of-power (jump to 1:06:45).
