Speaking of bad interviews, McCain did himself absolutely no favors with this recent interview with the Des Moines Register. I'm not sure what kind of legs a video like this has in a post-Palin universe, but he looks bad, and Mike Murphy is probably right that he never should have been there talking to them in the first place.
