I've seen a couple of links to this short, post-apocalyptic French film on YouTube today; I think the first was on Posthuman Blues.
The imagery at the end reminded me quite a bit of reclusive comics genius Al Columbia's wonderful "The Trumpets They Play!" from Blab #10, which you can't really find online but which I'm lucky enough to have a hard copy of.
